When you start using our services, we will ask for some of your personal data, for example, your name and email.
The amount and type of information gathered depends on your usage of the service. For example, if you only use the free account, we will ask for basic information. When you become a paying customer, we will also ask for billing and payment details. We work with trusted partners like Braintree and Chargebee to keep the billing and payment information safe.
As a general rule, we collect as little personal information as necessary to provide the service.
As you browse our website or use the services, our systems collect logs for debugging and security purposes. This information may include your IP address, browser type, URLs visited, resources accessed and similar.
If some ads appear on our site, they may be delivered to you by advertising partners who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you.
In addition to the uses of information already described above, we may also use the information provided to contact users and visitors about new features, promotions and updates we think might be relevant and useful. We don't share contact information with third parties and users may opt out at any time.
We will not disclose your personal data to third parties except in the following cases:
- We use a number of service providers, for example, for cloud infrastructure, payment processing, recurring billing, etc. We share only the necessary information with them and on condition that they may not further disclose your data or use it for any other purpose.
- We may be required to disclose personal information to respond to legal requests, or to enforce our legal and contractual rights.
- We may disclose users' and visitors' personal information with third parties where we have consent to do so.
